First Presbyterian Church is pleased to offer a unique Bible, Arts, and Music Camp during June and July, with Camp Counselors Ashley Palmer and Antoin Marshall, gifted FPC student choir members, senior music students at Alcorn State University, who are spending the summer with us in 2021.

Other camp counselors and teachers will include Rev. Joan Gandy, FPC minister; and FPC members Helen Smith, Education Chairman; and Randy Smith, Sports and Activities Chairman; and Music Teacher and Counselor Sonya Faulknor, graduate student in music at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Campers may attend for one week, two weeks, or multiple weeks. We suggest a donation of $100 for the entire week's program, 9 a.m. to 12 noon each week. After-care is available from noon to 3 p.m. (and includes lunch) at $50 per child per week. Special activities will be offered children attending during those afternoon hours. Scholarships are available for the camps.

Activities during each morning will include an extensive age-appropriate Bible lesson with activities related to the lesson; arts and simple science projects such as planting flowers or painting clouds and learning to identify the different kinds of clouds; music related to the Bible lesson or church camp themes; snacks; and games both inside and outside the First Presbyterian Education Building, where the camps will take place.

Please fill out the registration form online or print and fill out the form and mail it to 400 State Street (FPC mailing address) or come by the office at 400 State Street to leave your completed registration form.
